We will respond to your verifiable request in accordance with the timelines required by law (typically within 30 to 45 days). If additional time is needed, we will notify you and provide an explanation.

Please note: Path Forward IT is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and does not typically collect, store, or control the personal data of our clients’ customers. In instances where we do maintain or access data solely to support our clients’ infrastructure and services, such as for legal, regulatory, or troubleshooting purposes, such data remains the property of the client. If your request concerns data maintained by one of our clients, we will notify you accordingly and, where applicable, forward your request to the appropriate client point of contact or direct you to them so your rights can be addressed appropriately.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Path Forward IT takes your privacy seriously, and we are committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Path Forward IT does not knowingly collect any personal information from any person or entity who is not a resident of the United States.

We do not collect, store, or use any personal information from any resident of the European Economic Area (EE), Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, the United Kingdom, or any county other than the United States.

Internet-Based Advertising and Do Not Track Signals

Path Forward IT does not use external or third-party advertising on www.pathforwardit.com any other company site. Path Forward IT does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals from your browser or device.
